Clear, fair, and consistently enforced. Our policies create a safe, structured environment where every student can thrive.
- Students must greet teachers and visitors respectfully at all times.
- Fighting, bullying, or any form of physical or verbal aggression is strictly prohibited.
- Theft or destruction of school or personal property will result in suspension or expulsion.
- Mobile phones are not permitted during school hours unless authorised by a teacher.
- Students must not engage in any form of examination malpractice.
- Gambling and alcohol/drug use on school premises are grounds for immediate expulsion.
- Full school uniform must be worn on all school days and official occasions.
- JSS students wear light blue shirts with navy blue trousers/skirts.
- SSS students wear white shirts with dark grey trousers/skirts.
- All uniforms must be clean, ironed, and properly buttoned.
- Sandals or open-toe shoes are not permitted — only black leather shoes.
- Hair must be kept natural, neat, and of regulation length. No dyeing or weaves.
- School hours are 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Students must be in their classrooms before the 8:00 AM bell.
- Any absence must be communicated by a parent or guardian in writing.
- Medical absences require a doctor's certificate upon return.
- Students with less than 70% attendance may be barred from terminal examinations.
- Repeated lateness will result in a formal meeting with parents.
- Plagiarism, copying, or presenting another's work as one's own is a serious offence.
- All assignments submitted must represent the student's own genuine effort.
- Cheating in any internal or external examination will result in a mark of zero and possible suspension.
- Students who witness dishonesty are encouraged to report it to a teacher confidentially.
- Group work must credit all contributors and must not involve unequal contribution.
- Bullying — physical, verbal, social, or cyber — will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Students who are bullied or witness bullying must report to a teacher or counsellor immediately.
- First-time offenders will receive a formal warning and mandatory counselling.
- Repeated offences will result in suspension with parental notification.
- Severe cases may be escalated to law enforcement authorities.
- Victims of bullying will receive full support from the school counselling team.
- Students with known medical conditions must inform the school nurse at the start of each term.
- The school clinic is available during school hours for minor ailments and first aid.
- Emergency contacts for each student must be kept up to date with the school office.
- Smoking, alcohol, and non-prescription drugs are strictly forbidden on school premises.
- Fire drills are conducted termly — all students must participate seriously.
- Any accident or injury, however minor, must be reported to a staff member immediately.
